After the distortion of the National Anthem in last night's 2011 Super Bowl, I have started a petition on Facebook's "Causes". It's my wish the NFL makes an intelligent recovery move by inviting 4 Troops to sing the National Anthem next year (Super Bowl XLVI in 2012). I am the Chaplain, as well as the Americanism, Community Service, and Youth Activities Chairman for the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 280 in Columbia, MO. It is my opinion that the members of 4 Troops are much better examples of productive Patriotic Americans than Christine Aguilera, and would remember all of the words! As for my "cause" any funds raised on Causes will go directly to my local VFW Post and will be used toward our Americanism/Citizenship, Youth Activities, and Community Service Programs here in Columbia, MO. Keep up the great music, and thank you for the wonderful roll models that you are.
